PHARMACY COORDINATOR

Codal-Synto Ltd invites applications from career oriented professionals for the position of Pharmacy Coordinator in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and coach Pharmacy reps with their call-objectives during pharmacist visits
• Manage and control all sales orders and stock to wholesalers and pharmacies
• Perform visits to customers (Pharmacies and wholesalers) promoting the Company’s products
• Office administration work
• Assist with marketing regulatory responsibilities
• Monitor and control sample distribution to the  Company’s  sales team
• Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify  Company’s  needs
• To ensure customer complaints are dealt with, effectively
• Attend sales meetings conference calls, training sessions etc

Qualifications:

• University Degree in biology, chemistry, medical sales representative or other related fields
• Any previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent level of knowledge in written and spoken of the Greek and the English language.
• Very good interpersonal and influence skills, analytical thinking, result orientation. And teamwork player
• Strong communication and analytical skills
