Overview

Since 1982, Marlow Navigation has grown to become a trusted name in the ship management industry.

Today, a global network spanning 25 offices in 10 countries with 1,000 shore-based staff, comprised of management offices, crew recruiting agencies, and advanced training centres, together with over 13,500 crew on-board at any given time and 24,000 active seafarers, underpins the company’s client-focussed ethos.

A complete understanding of shipowner requirements and expectations, and then making them our core responsibility is what truly allows us to provide dedicated, tailor-made and effective solutions. An important part of this is remaining totally committed to modernisation in shipping, responsive to the revolution in new technologies, environmental best practices, and via continued training and development of our people, both at sea and ashore.

Scope of services has over the past three decades has broadened to now include fully-fledged maritime management activities:

These services are provided out of management offices located in Limassol (Cyprus), Hamburg (Germany), Rhoon/Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Mumbai (India) and Hong Kong. Together with a state-of-the-art maritime academy in the Philippines, international naval training centres in Ukraine, Russia and Germany, as well as a global network of seafarer recruiting agencies.
