The firm was founded by Maria Ioannou, who holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Management and an MSc in Management from universities in the United Kingdom.

She is a member of ACCA and ICPAC, and an approved trainer of the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA).

Guided by her passion for the profession, Maria established the firm to deliver dependable expertise and practical, hands-on support—helping businesses, professionals, and organisations make confident, well-informed financial decisions.
