Head chef vacancy

We are seeking to recruit a Head Chef for Enigma Restaurant in Larnaca

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and developing new menus.

Managing stock inventory and procurement

Overseeing meal presentation

Scheduling kitchen staff roster

Must be a firsthand (hands-on) team leader.

Managing food safety and hygiene

Ensures that kitchen staff adhere to cleanliness standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified chef

Greek and English speaking

Punctual, organized, and trustworthy

Proven experience in a similar role

Leads by example.

Ability to manage and motivate other people.

Able to delegate tasks effectively.

Flexible time schedule

Cyprus resident with all legal documents

Remuneration and Benefits:
