Welcome guests, check guests in and out of the hotel, deal with guest queries, provide prompt and professional guest service to meet guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist will be consider as an advantage.

Assisting Guests in finding their room and providing necessary information regarding the hotel premises.
Managing the check-in and check-out process, answering questions and requests

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years’ experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest services role
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
