Our History
 

Cyproman Services Ltd (CPM) was incorporated in 1996 and commenced operations in the same year to initially provide trustee services to selected clients.  Over the years, the company grew significantly and expanded its range of services offered driven by its clients’ needs.  As the complexity of services increased, the company was organized into Fiduciary Services, Corporate Administration and Secretarial Services, Fund Administration Services and Trust Administration Services.

CPM is now one of the leading international providers of Fiduciary and Corporate Administration Services in Cyprus, enjoying the respect of both its clients and its competitors. Through fully fledged offices in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and almost 100 employees, we offer the best possible tailor-made corporate management and administration solutions to each of our institutional, corporate and private clients. This is what we have been doing since 1996: The art of making business!

Our wide range of services include Fiduciary, Trustee, Company Administration and Management, Secretarial, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Payroll and Cyprus Residency and Citizenship. CPM’s affiliated company, CyproFund Administration Services Limited (CPF) specializes in Fund Administration Services.
