Our client is a Fintech company regulated by CySEC & FCA, with a unique trading platform offering multiple financial markets. They are looking for their Limassol office a Retention Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service;
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training and ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information;
• Promote company’s new products and service;
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform;
• Provide understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients;
• Contribute to company’s growth by reaching financial targets;
• Analyse, identify, plan, design and implement opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights;
• Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience
• Fluent English speaker plus an extra language is an advantage
• Professional and well – spoken manner
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Works well in a team
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast – moving environment
