Our client is a Fintech company regulated by CySEC & FCA, with a unique trading platform offering multiple financial markets. They are looking for their Limassol office a Retention Account Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service;
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training and ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information;
- Promote company’s new products and service;
- Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform;
- Provide understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients;
- Contribute to company’s growth by reaching financial targets;
- Analyse, identify, plan, design and implement opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights;
- Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- Fluent English speaker plus an extra language is an advantage
- Professional and well – spoken manner
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven
- Works well in a team
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast – moving environment
