Our client has been active in providing solutions and supplying architectural lighting products and lighting control / management since 2000.
With advanced partnerships within European suppliers & markets, they offer quality, professionalism and innovation through their products and services.
They are currently looking for an Office Administrator for their showroom in Nicosia
Key Responsibilities:
- Office organization and operation
- Customer and client support
- General secretarial and accounting duties
- Preparation of invoices, registration of accounting documents in the Accounting System
- Preparing offers, orders, managing and updating products in the ERP System
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of computers
- Responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail
- Organizational, methodical and managerial skills
- Good knowledge of Greek & English (Writing & Oral)
- Diploma the degree in a related field will be considered as an extra qualification
- Work experience in a similar position or similar industry will be advanced considered
- Knowledge of CRM & ERP business systems will be an asset
