Our client has been active in providing solutions and supplying architectural lighting products and lighting control / management since 2000.   

With advanced partnerships within European suppliers & markets, they offer quality, professionalism and innovation through their products and services. 

They are currently looking for an Office Administrator for their showroom in Nicosia

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office organization and operation
  • Customer and client support
  • General secretarial and accounting duties
  • Preparation of invoices, registration of accounting documents in the Accounting System
  • Preparing offers, orders, managing and updating products in the ERP System

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of computers
  • Responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail
  • Organizational, methodical and managerial skills
  • Good knowledge of Greek & English (Writing & Oral)
  • Diploma the degree in a related field will be considered as an extra qualification
  • Work experience in a similar position or similar industry will be advanced considered
  • Knowledge of CRM & ERP business systems will be an asset
