Your role at Exness:

As an Intern Business Assistant, you will be assisting with providing support in various daily business and administrative activities ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation's operations by undertaking a range of responsibilities.

You will:

  • Manage the diary, organising meetings and appointments.

  • Assistance with business trips and visa support.

  • Research, collect, and manage different types of data.

  • Update and manage paper and electronic files and records (agreements, invoices, etc.).

  • Compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.

  • Assistance with organising team buildings, external and internal events

  • Coordinate with other departments.

  • Work closely with other business assistants.

  • Take meeting minutes during meetings and events.

  • Arrange technical maintenance when needed.

  • Manage ad hoc tasks assigned by managers and the team.

The Ideal Intern:

  • Fluent in English Language

  • Organizational and multitasking skills

  • Discretion and trustworthiness

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Time-management skills

  • Flexible with great teamwork skills

  • Proactive and takes initiative

  • Accurate and attentive to details

  • Basic IT knowledge is an advantage
