We are looking to hire an HR Administrator to join our team in Limassol.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or any other relevant field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Excellent command of the written and spoken Greek and English language.
  • High level of communication skills: teamwork, willing to help people.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
  • High level of initiative and confidentiality.
  • Office Programs knowledge.

Would be a great plus:

  • Knowledge of EXELSYS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forming, maintaining employee records and updating databases internally.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR document (e.g., employment agreements).
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring process.
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Being updated about the provisions of the relevant legislation or human resource regulations.
