We are looking to hire an HR Administrator to join our team in Limassol.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Excellent command of the written and spoken Greek and English language.
- High level of communication skills: teamwork, willing to help people.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and confidentiality.
- Office Programs knowledge.
Would be a great plus:
- Knowledge of EXELSYS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Forming, maintaining employee records and updating databases internally.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR document (e.g., employment agreements).
- Assist with recruitment and hiring process.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Being updated about the provisions of the relevant legislation or human resource regulations.
