Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and hard-working individual for the position of IT Support Senior Technician in our Nicosia or Limassol office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Support Team to manage user enquiries

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365 to support user requirements

• Manage on a basic level network and email firewalls and other networking devices

• Provide support to users in a timely and effective manner with issues in the implementation, support and maintenance of the IT and Network infrastructures of the firm

• Manage the system backups, upgrades, and verification checks

• Comply with Information security and data protection directions and guidelines.

• Provide support in the development of websites/portals (e.g., corporate websites and internal communication platforms)

• Submit suggestions for relevant improvements to the Departmental Head

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 4 years of relevant experience of managing IT support team

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 Guidelines will be considered an advantage

• Professional Certificates (e.g. Cisco and Microsoft) will be considered an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

• Analytical thinking skills

• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail

• Maintaining a positive and friendly approach

• Ability to work in Nicosia office at least once per week
