Job Description

  • Master telephone switchboard & attend promptly to all incoming calls
  • Ensure Reception area & entrances are clean & tidy at all times
  • Manage requests for taxi transfers
  • Ensure all messages are transmitted on time to all concerned
  • Handle reservations and client meetings of conference rooms
  • Handle all requests for travel & accommodation according with procedure
  • Greet and direct visitors accordingly

Your Profile

  • Native/fluent English and Greek speaker
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Born multi-tasker
  • Excellent presentation and manner
  • Proven organisational and telephone skills
