Job Description
- Master telephone switchboard & attend promptly to all incoming calls
- Ensure Reception area & entrances are clean & tidy at all times
- Manage requests for taxi transfers
- Ensure all messages are transmitted on time to all concerned
- Handle reservations and client meetings of conference rooms
- Handle all requests for travel & accommodation according with procedure
- Greet and direct visitors accordingly
Your Profile
- Native/fluent English and Greek speaker
- Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Born multi-tasker
- Excellent presentation and manner
- Proven organisational and telephone skills
