Job Description

  • Responsible for office admin co-ordination and procedures
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies
  • Monitor costs and expenses; basic bookkeeping duties
  • Receive and record payments
  • Scheduling actions and tasks for the office
  • Organise, facilitate and document meetings with key officials, sponsors and potential sponsors
  • Assist with planning of events and be at the events to support
  • Organize and supervise other activities (event planning etc.)
  • Update website content
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and developments

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field; Post grad qualification in marketing would be considered a bonus
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in administration, marketing/events and/or sales
  • Dynamic, pleasant and friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English and native Greek
  • Solution focused approach, able to work independently and often alone
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Integrity and strong moral compass; affinity and dedication to the principles of the charity and its values
  • Excellent collaborative skills, able to assist with logistics of key charity events
