Job Description
- Responsible for office admin co-ordination and procedures
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Monitor costs and expenses; basic bookkeeping duties
- Receive and record payments
- Scheduling actions and tasks for the office
- Organise, facilitate and document meetings with key officials, sponsors and potential sponsors
- Assist with planning of events and be at the events to support
- Organize and supervise other activities (event planning etc.)
- Update website content
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and developments
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field; Post grad qualification in marketing would be considered a bonus
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in administration, marketing/events and/or sales
- Dynamic, pleasant and friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English and native Greek
- Solution focused approach, able to work independently and often alone
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Integrity and strong moral compass; affinity and dedication to the principles of the charity and its values
- Excellent collaborative skills, able to assist with logistics of key charity events
