36 Baystreet in Larnaca is seeking to recruit a Cook - Kitchen Supervisor  

Responsibilities:

• Organising the inventory, storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
• Managing the kitchen porters
• To assist in the food preparation
• To ensure the high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene procedures
• Keep kitchen clean
• Operate and maintain equipment properly

Requirements 

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to listen and learn – fast
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
