36 Baystreet in Larnaca is seeking to recruit a Cook - Kitchen Supervisor  

Responsibilities:

Organising the inventory, storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
Managing the kitchen porters
Managing the food preparation
Ensuring the high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene procedures
Keeping kitchen clean
Operating and maintain equipment properly

Requirements 

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to listen and learn – fast
Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of Greek and English language
Previous experience in a similar position
