Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure the best possible commercial terms for the business.
• Gathering tender requirements, market research on the tendering process, arithmetical and technical evaluations, award of the successful bidder.
• Maintaining and monitoring the filing system and database for each procurement case
• Providing administrative support to the team as required
• Communicating regularly with the accounting team to resolve any issues
• Provide effective support on purchasing operations across all businesses within the Group.
• Other duties as assigned within the department.   

Requirements for the position:

• College or university graduate or a comparative experience in similar role in the development field.
• Extensive knowledge on the procurement field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and communication (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be considered as advantage.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Team player
