bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Procurement Officer Assistant.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure the best possible commercial terms for the business.
- Gathering tender requirements, market research on the tendering process, arithmetical and technical evaluations, award of the successful bidder.
- Maintaining and monitoring the filing system and database for each procurement case
- Providing administrative support to the team as required
- Communicating regularly with the accounting team to resolve any issues
- Provide effective support on purchasing operations across all businesses within the Group.
- Other duties as assigned within the department.
Requirements for the position:
- College or university graduate or a comparative experience in similar role in the development field.
- Extensive knowledge on the procurement field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and communication (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP Business One will be considered as advantage.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
