We are looking for an energetic and hard-working Corporate Administrator/Client Relationship Manager that can work independently as well as part of a team to join our growing team at our offices in Nicosia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting of corporate documents such as deeds, resolutions, minutes, POA's, etc.;
  • Incorporation and administration of companies in Cyprus and different jurisdictions;
  • Preparation of all application forms of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
  • Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts;
  • Arranging for execution, certification and legalization of documents;
  • Any other office duties assigned;

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential; a third language would be an advantage
  • University Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a corporate administrator or in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Strong work ethic
