We are looking for an energetic and hard-working Corporate Administrator/Client Relationship Manager that can work independently as well as part of a team to join our growing team at our offices in Nicosia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting of corporate documents such as deeds, resolutions, minutes, POA's, etc.;
- Incorporation and administration of companies in Cyprus and different jurisdictions;
- Preparation of all application forms of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
- Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts;
- Arranging for execution, certification and legalization of documents;
- Any other office duties assigned;
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential; a third language would be an advantage
- University Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a corporate administrator or in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Strong work ethic
