Accellency Services Ltd is a well-established consultancy services company and due to our current and continuous growth, we are seeking for Backoffice / Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer account establishment, maintenance and closure procedures
  • Receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately Customer Identification process (KYC)
  • Continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
  • Record Keeping procedures
  • Any other assigned tasks by the management

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Past experience in Back Office department in a financial company IS A MUST
  • Fluency in German. Any other language would be an advantage
  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other related filed
  • Must be able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
  • Timely completion of individual/teamwork
  • Demonstration of willingness to contribute to team beyond own immediate tasks
  • Work permit is required
  • Shifts included
