Accellency Services Ltd is a well-established consultancy services company and due to our current and continuous growth, we are seeking for Backoffice / Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer account establishment, maintenance and closure procedures
- Receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately Customer Identification process (KYC)
- Continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
- Record Keeping procedures
- Any other assigned tasks by the management
Minimum Requirements
- Past experience in Back Office department in a financial company IS A MUST
- Fluency in German. Any other language would be an advantage
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other related filed
- Must be able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Timely completion of individual/teamwork
- Demonstration of willingness to contribute to team beyond own immediate tasks
- Work permit is required
