AAATrade is seeking an energetic, dynamic and efficient Client Support Associate.

Main Responsibilities

• Onboarding clients and reviewing client accounts
• Assisting clients in an energetic, helpful manner via telephone, e-mail and Live Chat
• Working shifts (morning/afternoon) and Cyprus public holidays on rotation
• Following Company’s guidelines and policies

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver top client service in the investment firm industry or similar
• Capability to multi-task across systems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Team player
• Client centric approach
• Excellent command of the English language
• Understanding of CFDs and the MT5 platform
• Advantageous qualities include: CySEC certification, knowledge of securities, additional languages
