Sunrise Hotels is looking to hire:

Front Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism related Degree
  • Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a hotel chain or luxury hotel
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Good knowledge of German or Russian language will be considered as an advantage
  • Professionalism and Responsibility
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Organisational Skills

Duties:

  • To coordinate and support Front Office activities
  • To maintain records of day-to-day operations
  • To cooperate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance) and resolve any issues that may arise
  • To help achieve the hotels’ quantitative and qualitative objectives
