Sunrise Hotels is looking to hire:
Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism related Degree
- Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a hotel chain or luxury hotel
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Good knowledge of German or Russian language will be considered as an advantage
- Professionalism and Responsibility
- Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Organisational Skills
Duties:
- To coordinate and support Front Office activities
- To maintain records of day-to-day operations
- To cooperate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance) and resolve any issues that may arise
- To help achieve the hotels’ quantitative and qualitative objectives
