Our client is a Corporate & Business Consulting Services firm who are looking to hire a Senior Complaints Officer to join their Compliance team based at their Head Office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company;
  • Responsible for handling, investigating and resolving customers’ complaints within given time frames;
  • Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the  complaints;
  • Presenting detailed summaries of  complaints to the Head of the Department as well as to the Management;
  • Negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with customers;
  • Ensuring that a written official reply is provided to the complainant on company’s decisions and findings;
  • Providing complaints-related reports as requested.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous experience in handling Complaints in the Forex Industry is a must;
  • University or College Degree in any field (Degree in Law will be considered as an advantage)
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent judgment and detailed oriented;
  • Ability in delivering solutions quickly, efficiently and with accuracy;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Working hours are thirty seven and a half (37.5) hours a week, - Monday to Thursday 09:00a.m. - 18:00 p.m. with one hour lunch break (13:00-14:00) and Friday 9:00a.m. - 15:00 p.m. with half-hour lunch break (13:00-13:30)
