Our client, an international group of companies serving as a digital solutions provider and located in Paphos, is looking to hire an HR Assistant.
Responsibilities
Creating Facebook Campaigns for recruitment purposes
Handling and organising incoming CVs and managing the company’s social media accounts
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Provide support during the training procedure of the new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Coordinating meetings with management as well as with other departments within the group of companies
Assisting employees with matters that might arise
Processing incoming mail
Creating and distributing documents
Serving as a point of contact between Management and the employees
Setting appointments and arranging meetings
Maintaining calendars of the Management Team
Organise company events
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field
Previous HR experience will be considered as an advantage
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage
High level of computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
