Our client, an international group of companies serving as a digital solutions provider and located in Paphos, is looking to hire an HR Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Creating Facebook Campaigns for recruitment purposes
- Handling and organising incoming CVs and managing the company’s social media accounts
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Provide support during the training procedure of the new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Coordinating meetings with management as well as with other departments within the group of companies
- Assisting employees with matters that might arise
- Processing incoming mail
- Creating and distributing documents
- Serving as a point of contact between Management and the employees
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining calendars of the Management Team
- Organise company events
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Previous HR experience will be considered as an advantage
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage
- High level of computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
