Our client, an international group of companies serving as a digital solutions provider and located in Paphos, is looking to hire an HR Assistant.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating Facebook Campaigns for recruitment purposes
  • Handling and organising incoming CVs and managing the company’s social media accounts
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Provide support during the training procedure of the new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings with management as well as with other departments within the group of companies
  • Assisting employees with matters that might arise
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Serving as a point of contact between Management and the employees
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of the Management Team
  • Organise company events

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • Previous HR experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • High level of computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
