Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services company, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Officer (Reconciliation/Payments) in Limassol;

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling payments to ensure the reconciliation system reflects the correct transactions
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  • Acquire data from CRM and PSP statements and other sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations
  • Reconciling bank statements and bank accounts with the accounting system
  • Provide effective support and back-up to colleagues when necessary and as required

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ working experience as a Reconciliation Officer
  • University degree in Economics/Finance or in a related field
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database mining and segmentation techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluency of the English language, oral and written
  • Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge in Methodos Reconciliation System will be an advantage
