Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services company, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Officer (Reconciliation/Payments) in Limassol;
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling payments to ensure the reconciliation system reflects the correct transactions
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
- Acquire data from CRM and PSP statements and other sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Reconciling bank statements and bank accounts with the accounting system
- Provide effective support and back-up to colleagues when necessary and as required
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ working experience as a Reconciliation Officer
- University degree in Economics/Finance or in a related field
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database mining and segmentation techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluency of the English language, oral and written
- Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge in Methodos Reconciliation System will be an advantage
