As a Client Support Associate, you will support and onboard our clients as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for new client’s account opening and retention;
• Collecting, filling, reviewing and evaluating Know Your Client (KYC) documentation for new and existing clients are in line with the Company’s policies and procedures;
• Providing support and handle with professionalism customer’s requests and queries via telephone and email;
• Handling customer complaints in accordance to the company’s guidelines and policies;
• Extracting and issuing KYC related reports;
• Performing continuing checks and updates of KYC documentation for established clients;
• Daily monitoring of telephone calls for compliance with marketing regulations and preparing phone call inspection reports;
• Monitoring of clients’ accounts.

Key Requirements

• Taking pride in quality of work with a can-do approach;

• Striving to increase knowledge and skills;
• Fluent in English (additional languages are considered as an advantage);
• Understanding of CFDs, cryptocurrencies, shares and MT5 platform are considered as an advantage;
• Ability to work on shift Monday to Friday (09.00-18.00 & 13.00 – 22.00);
• CySEC certification is considered as an advantage.
