Our client, a specialized commercial real estate provider is seeking hire a General Manager to lead its Cyprus operations. The General Manager will be responsible for defining the long-term strategy of the company as well as the short term objectives that are imperative to ensure the maximum liquidity of its portfolio of assets. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General management and overall strategic direction of the agency & its network of offices, including creation and implementation of business plan
• Recruitment, training, support & development of associates for DRE offices
• Marketing, Communication & Promotion of the Delfi Properties brand
• Monitoring customer service standards & quality
• Oversee and provide continuous support on the monetisation of high value exposures and structured sales
• Assess sales offers and ensure that assets are disposed in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that payments and sales actions are aligned with Company strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that assets receive adequate advertising exposure as deemed appropriate
• Continually monitor asking price and sale strategy
• Monitor and maximise gross sales proceeds on a monthly basis

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a management role in real estate essential
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Ability to develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Commercially-oriented with a strong sales and business acumen
