About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will join us as a member of our User Experience team in Nicosia focusing on providing user IT support and in general enhancing the user experience of our colleagues.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide 1st level support for all IT related issues
• Provide IT support for all internal and external events
• Create and update user training manuals and e-learns
• Assist in selected 2nd level support tasks and projects as needed

The requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in computer science/engineering or a related field
• Demonstrate willingness and pathos to continuously learn and overcome challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, professional discipline and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
