Mallouppas & Papacostas Group is a continuously growing company, with a pleasant and dynamic work environment. We operate in the retail sector for more than 20 years, representing well-known fashion brands, including Stradivarius, Mango, Tezenis, Kipling and Primadonna.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Officer.

The marketing officer is responsible to support the development and success of the marketing function of the Mallouppas & Papacostas Group by providing comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative, operational and marketing management support related to the Group’s various activities.

Candidate’s Role

• Assisting with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
• Ensuring company management guidelines and policies are followed.
• Organizing and managing specific marketing campaigns, projects and /or promotional events from conception through to delivery.
• Reporting on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communication.
• Supplying sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
• Maintaining liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material.
• Providing accurate and creative copy writing and proof reading skills as directed by the marketing manager and working to pre-agreed deadlines.
• Ensuring that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively as required.
• Supporting the company’s archive function by archiving relevant marketing material.
• Undertaking any reasonable duties at the request of the marketing manager.

Candidate’s Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Previous work experience  in the retail sector would be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop) would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in Social media and copyrighting would be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of Greek & English languages
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

• Very good organizational skills
