As one of several offices across the Middle East, our growing Cyprus site is primarily engaged in the provision of services in the fields of Marketing, Customer Care, as well as Financial Reporting and Analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Processing of payments issued to the company by suppliers and third party vendors
  • Following up on bounced back transfers
  • Maintaining bank accounts and corporate cards
  • Maintaining internal records
  • Communicating with various teams across the organization
  • Issuing cash reports and reconcile financial statements
  • Work with the CFO and the accounting team to review, revise and automate all working practices as required, aiming to continuously improve procedures

Requirements:

  • Post graduate in the field of Finance/Business/Administration.
  • No experience is required, but previous experience in payments processing considered advantageous
  • Experience working with office - Excel
  • Experience working with finance systems – SAP- an advantage

Personal skills: Strong work ethics, capable of working with a team as well as independently, highly organized and strong communication skills in English (both verbal & in writing)

Professional skills: Systems oriented (capable of working with multiple software’s/systems/file simultaneously)

Success indicators:

  1. Timely and smooth transition of payments and handling of any rejects/pending transactions
  2. Increase of other departments trust and satisfaction with regards to processed transactions due to kind, accurate and timely handling.
  3. Picking up and following up on sensitive/unusual transactions until resolved in full and successfully.

Terms of employment:

  • Working days & hours: 5 days/week, 9:00-17:00 (flexible)
  • Payment: based on approved range
  • Bonus: annual subject to company discretion and approved budget
  • Others: The successful candidate will get to work in a dynamic, young and nourishing working environment, allowing him/her to grow and expand their knowledge within the team
