Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verification of documents/clients’ accounts;
• Continuous evaluation of the company’s clientele;
• Undertaking the necessary actions in relation to client funds withdrawal requests as applicable.

Candidate Profile:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Able to work in shifts; (Shifts are the following: 1st option: Monday to Thursday: 23:00-07:00 a.m.; Saturday & Friday days off; Sunday: 01:00-06:30 a.m. 2nd Option: Tuesday to Friday:
• 23:00-07:00 a.m.; Sunday & Monday days off; Saturday: 01:00-06:30);
• Excellent communication and team skills;
• Ability to perform duties efficiently and accurately;
• Ability to work under pressure.
