Due to expansion we are seeking to hire a highly motivated and organized individual to be in charge of the Company’s Administrative and Billing sector. This a diverse and interesting role with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties including answering emails and managing the Backoffice of the Company
  • Issuing invoices to clients and coordinating payments
  • Billing and handling incoming funds, and paying affiliates
  • Handling customer emails and queries

Requirements:

  • Computer literate – good knowledge MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and monitoring skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of the English and Hebrew languages
  • Experience in the Forex industry will be considered advantageous
