Due to expansion we are seeking to hire a highly motivated and organized individual to be in charge of the Company’s Administrative and Billing sector. This a diverse and interesting role with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties including answering emails and managing the Backoffice of the Company
- Issuing invoices to clients and coordinating payments
- Billing and handling incoming funds, and paying affiliates
- Handling customer emails and queries
Requirements:
- Computer literate – good knowledge MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and monitoring skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the English and Hebrew languages
- Experience in the Forex industry will be considered advantageous
