Job Overview
 We are looking for someone who will Lead the Social Media Agenda and Projects for Global Consoles Publishing team

Reports To
 This position reports to the Audience Management Director 

What will you do?

• Develop Social Media as marketing channel for Consoles
• Setting up goals and objectives to SMM team around the world, keep the team members motivated, develop talents by providing regular feedback, educational and experiential growth opportunities
• Ensuring flexible project(s) plan (s) and supervising the execution vs plans, including requirements definition, tasks definition, talents assignment, capacity and timeframes
• Provide accurate and relevant Analysis of metrics and performance of activity in social channels for each region
• Continually review the analysis indicators of targeted campaigns in social channels
• Development and implementation of strategies and new mechanics to increase brand awareness and user engagement level
• Supervise and control the partnerships with internal and external vendors in the different regions

What are we looking for?

• Similar practical experience of 2+ years
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter algorithms
• Gaming experience
• Understanding of the multinational audience (primarily American).
• Marketeer by training
• What additional skills will help you stand out?
• A good understanding of gaming and the gaming industry
