Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, a company of Pafilia Group, is seeking to recruit a Horticulturist to join a highly active and passionate team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the well-being of all indigenous and planted floras, for the guidance and training of landscape maintenance personnel and for the monitoring of the irrigation water consumption.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for “well-being” of all indigenous and planted flora at projects under the management of Blue Orange
• Undertakes the supervision of the day to day maintenance of communal green areas, communal and private gardens.
• Communication with gardeners and Gardening executive regarding all garden needs.
• Responsible for the guidance and training of landscape maintenance personnel
• Undertakes the supervision and takeover of landscape construction contracts
• Responsible for the efficient operation and installation of both communal and private irrigation systems
• Responsible for the monitoring of irrigation water consumption
• Work in close cooperation with the Gardening and Landscape Executive to fulfil the departments’ targets

Necessary requirements:

• Degree in Horticulture or related subject
• Good command of English language both verbally and written.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus indigenous flora
• Good knowledge on automatic irrigation systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Pleasant personality
• Team player
