CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Insurance company, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Claims Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Underwriting Department:

• Issuing of new policies.
• Amendments of existing policies.
• Risk assessment.
• Assisting with all Anti-money-laundering checks. 
• Correspondence with Russian clients and brokers. 

Claims Department:

• Identifying whether the client is entitled to benefit.
• Assessing all documentations have been filled in precisely.
• Processing of claims payments (surrenders, maturities, withdrawals etc.) within the company system. 

Key Skills/Experience:

• At least 2 years working experience in a similar industry.
• Fluency in Russian is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of German considered an advantage.
• At least basic knowledge in accounting is essential. 
• Very good Microsoft Office Knowledge. 
• Willingness to travel abroad for trainings (Two weeks per year).
• A high level of numeracy and logical/analytical thinking.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Dedicated personality, organized individual, with a keen perception and resistance to stress.
