On behalf of our Limassol and Nicosia based clients, two reputable CySEC regulated Companies with a strong financial performance, we seek to recruit high caliber professionals for the Head of Brokerage position.

The Position

The successful candidates will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible amongst other of:

• Monitoring of client trading activity
• General management of the trading platforms (i.e MT4, MT5)
• Communicating with key people to solve any platform issues
• Adapting platforms according to the relevant regulatory updates
• Generating platform reports for reconciliation and other purposes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
• Analyzing the behavior of the market under current and future circumstances
• Interpreting the research readings and making conclusions about market and consumer trends
• Carrying out detailed data analysis and valuations
• Providing in-depth market reports
• Analyzing research data and financial analysis reports for fluctuations in international financial markets and/or assets on a regular basis
• Apply Company’s ‘Best Order Execution Policy’
• AML Checks and monitoring

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or any other related field
• Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification would be considered an advantage
• Good understanding of the financial sector
• Professional experience in a full time occupation as a broker or dealer in another investment firm.
• Knowledge of capital market instruments.
• Excellent understanding of trading platforms
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to work shifts as required
