Demetriou & Associates Business Advisers Ltd (dba) is looking for Audit Manager (ACA or ACCA) with 3 or more years post qualification experience.

dba – AUDIT MANAGER – AUDIT DEPARTMENT (REF MNGR01)

Role Description

• Responsible for a portfolio of external audit clients (both Local and International) where you will be responsible for the day to day management, client liaison and technical issues with management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients of the firm, understanding opportunities to assist with their issues.
• Business development activities such as building relationships with target clients or involvement in tenders and quotations.
• Responsibility for the coaching and development of the team members reporting directly into you and taking responsibility for the career development of others.
• Monitoring engagements, budgets and planning of work and reporting the performance of the group and the portfolio
• An opportunity to personally develop your skill set.

Required qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA or similarly qualified
• Have three or more years post qualification experience from a reputable audit firm
• Have experience of management of the audit from planning to supervision and review of the process
• Have experience with both Local and International Clients
• Have flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as part of the team
• Have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
• Take a proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
• Experience of interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships.
