CISALPINA TOURS CYPRUS LIMITED, one of the biggest Travel Companies, member of the MSC GROUP worldwide is currently looking for an Assistant Flight Ticketing Officer to strengthen our team.

Role Overview: As an Assistant Flight Ticketing Officer you will be an effective member of the Travel team, you will be responsible for issuing airline tickets including re-issuing tickets due to enforced changes or amendments as per client’s needs. You will also be issuing other related documents accurately and within required timescales.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of a number of ships as assigned by the department’s Manager.

• Identifying cheapest flights according to the vessels schedule.

• Making the flight bookings/issuance for crew using the Amadeus GDS.

• Handling different travel accounts of clients.

• Sending emails with flight details.

• Refunds of bookings.

• Processing hotel reservations.

Skills and Experience:

• School completion certificate.

• Any degree on ticketing could be considered as an advantage.

• 0-3 years’ experience. Relevant experience in fight ticket for seafarers or marine crew will be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and under own initiative.

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Computer Literacy.
