CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an importer and distributor of a range of health and wellness related products across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. Working island-wide, our client is seeking applicants who will be responsible for promoting products to registered pharmacies across Cyprus, ensuring designated sales and revenue targets are achieved, and ideally exceeded. You will need to possess a proven track-record in pharmaceutical and/or medical sales, with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners across Cyprus. A competitive salary and commission plan is on offer to the successful candidate, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Promote products to healthcare professionals through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, in particular pharmacists.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Cyprus.
• Meet and ideally exceed designated sales and revenue targets.
• Utilize promotional materials and resources effectively to convey product information and benefits.
• Keep up-to-date on product developments and ensure knowledge is transferred to Partners and Customers.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field will be considered an advantage/
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales is a must.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel across Cyprus for work purposes.
• Holder of a clean, current drivers licence.
