Key Responsibilities:
✓ Promotion of projects in Google/Bing in non-CIS regions;
✓ Carrying out market analysis and competitor assessment;
✓ Planning a strategy for promoting resources in Google / Bing;
✓ Conducting SEO audits of projects;
✓ Monitoring and analytics on projects and the effectiveness of the measures taken;
✓ Reporting on project results;
✓ Planning the cost and income structure of the project;
✓ Interaction with related teams: design, tech, content, Link building, etc.;
✓ Participation in the formation of effective working promotion strategies;
✓ Tracking achieved KPIs.

Goals for the probation period:
✓ Knowledge of the structure, resources, and processes of the company, necessary to complete the full cycle of work with projects;
✓ Research of the market, strategy preparation, working with the project budgets and resources in collaboration with the manager;
✓ Conducting cycle of preparation and launch of the project/projects with subsequent indexing;
✓ At least 80% of planned queries in the top 100 in the selected GEO;
✓ Conducting an audit of at least 1 project from the company’s pool.

What you need to succeed:
✓ From 1.5 years in the position of an SEO specialist in regions outside the CIS region;
✓ Personal experience in running at least 2-3 successful projects from scratch (successful traffic indicators depending on the niche);
✓ Ability to carry out a full cycle of project planning;
✓ The ability to think over, describe, and control the correct execution of tasks for in-house/outsourcing team members in the relevant areas;
✓ Hands-on experience in using Google Search Console/Bing webmaster tools/HotJar to plan and promote projects;
✓ Practical experience in competitor analysis (on-page/off-page) to launch and promote projects;
✓ Hands-on experience with Ahrefs/Semrush/Majestic/Surferseo/Netpeak software/screaming frog/etc;
✓ At least theoretical experience in the relationship between conversion/funnel and project promotion strategy;
✓ Intermediate or higher English level (knowledge of other languages ​​will be a big plus);
✓ Experience in running at least 2-3 successful projects from scratch simultaneously;
✓ Practical experience of interaction with in-house and/or outsourcing design and development teams.
