What will your job look like?

• Risk Assessment: Assessing the foreign exchange risk exposure of the company by analyzing its currency positions, transactions, and cash flows.

• Market Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing global foreign exchange markets to identify trends, factors influencing currency movements, and potential risks.

• Hedging Strategy Development: Develop or enhance hedging strategies to mitigate against currency risk and market conditions.

• Execution of Hedging Transactions: Executing trades in foreign exchange markets to hedge against identified currency exposures, using financial instruments such as forwards, options.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the effectiveness of hedging strategies over time, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with the company's risk management objectives.

• Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive risk management efforts across the organization.

• Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports and analysis to management on currency risk exposure, hedging activities, and the impact of currency movements on the company's financial performance.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to foreign exchange risk management.

All you need is...

• BA in Economics/Finance with over 5yrs of proven experience in Treasury or FX market.

• Prior work experience in a global company.

• Multi-interface cross-organization capabilities.

• Good knowledge of Bloomberg.

• Good knowledge of MS Office program – strong excel skills are essential.

• Strong analytical skills.
